Roozbeh Saedi

Roozbeh Saedi's story is one of grit, guts, and the relentless pursuit of greatness. Born in Iran, Roozbeh faced the kind of challenges early on that most people never see in a lifetime. Losing his mother at just 15, he made a vow to live a life that would make her proud. With that mission etched deep in his heart, he set off beyond Iranian borders to study and carve a future he could be proud of.

Fast-forward a few years, and you'd find a young Roozbeh at 20, married to his life partner, Ripa, and setting up home in Dubai. His knack for sales and an eye for quality quickly saw him climbing the ranks at a major furniture supplier in the city. Roozbeh was on his way up, but life, as it does, threw a devastating curveball—Ripa was diagnosed with brain cancer.

Determined to fight with everything they had, the couple moved to the UK, seeking the best medical treatment available at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. Roozbeh's dedication was unwavering; he was the steadfast presence by Ripa's side until her last breath on November 20th, 2017.

Grieving but not defeated, Roozbeh took a job at a local pizza shop to keep the wheels turning. It wasn't long, though, before he got back into his element in the furniture business, joining Cousins furniture in Tyseley. His natural ability to engage and deliver on customer service saw him snapping up an opportunity in direct sales soon after.

Yet, it wasn't all smooth sailing. Disheartened by the quality and service he saw, Roozbeh decided it was time to do things his way. Enter Posh Design, founded in January 2021—a company born out of Roozbeh's desire to inject quality, service, and integrity back into the business.

Starting with just a tiny single room office in Birmingham, Roozbeh has taken Posh Design from strength to strength. Today, the company boasts a large manufacturing warehouse and a showroom. Roozbeh's ethos is simple: deliver the best. That means the best materials, the best craftsmanship, and the best in customer satisfaction.

As director of Posh Design, Roozbeh is the driving force behind a company that's quickly becoming synonymous with luxury, quality, and service in the UK's interior design industry. His commitment to excellence is more than just business—it's a tribute to a journey filled with both love and loss, a journey that continues to inspire the spaces Posh Design creates.
