Bespoke fitted wardrobes built into the curved-arch eaves of a loft principal suite. Mirror-backed bays double the depth read, vertical LED strips that light the moment the doors swing, chrome rails for full-height hang, drawer banks flanking for the folded pieces. Recessed black pulls keep the door face quiet. Set, scribed and lit before the flooring went down.

Full lead time is typically 2 to 4 months depending on scope. Bedrooms move faster than our kitchens: simpler services, fewer trades, less Calacatta, and the workshop sits attached to the studio with the spray room, paint shop and fitting team all in-house. You'll know every date before you sign.

Two owners, no investors, no subcontracted design partners. Your bedroom is drawn by Roozbeh and built in Amir’s workshop next door. The same names sign the drawing and hang the doors.
Founder and design lead. Roozbeh shapes every project brief and holds the studio to a single standard from drawing to handover.
Co-owner and workshop lead. Amir bridges design and manufacture so every line, joint, and finish reads as intended.

Our bespoke bedrooms start from £8,000 for a fitted wardrobe wall in a single room. A full principal suite including a walk-in dressing room, panelled bed wall and lighting scheme typically lands between £20,000 and £40,000. Whole-floor schemes run £40,000 to £80,000. Every project is individually quoted after a design consultation, and the price reflects the bespoke nature of the work: no two suites cost the same. No teaser prices.
Design takes 2–3 weeks. Build runs 4–8 weeks in our Birmingham workshop, then 1–2 weeks on site. Full lead time 2–4 months from first meeting to first night’s sleep. The workshop is attached to the studio and the spray room, paint shop and fitting team are all in-house, so we move faster than studios that sub the build out. You’ll have every date that matters before you sign.
From our Birmingham workshop and showroom on Unit 5B, Waterside Business Park, 1651 Pershore Rd, Birmingham. Most projects sit in the West Midlands and within about an hour of the showroom: Harborne, Edgbaston, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Moseley, Knowle, Warwick and the wider region. We also take selected commissions in London and up to Greater Manchester when the project is the right fit. Further afield is case-by-case, call to discuss.
Yes, they’re the majority of our bedroom work. Hand-painted in-frame, handleless slab, island dressers with leather-lined drawers, shoe walls, jewellery valets, concealed safes, back-lit glass fronts. Each drawn around your actual wardrobe, not a standard spec.
Yes. We regularly work alongside a separate architect or interior designer. Our technical team coordinates electrical first-fix, MVHR, blackout and curtain tracks directly with other trades. We have our own fitting team or hand drawings to your contractor, your choice.
90 minutes with a senior designer. We look at your plans (or measure the room), do a wardrobe audit, talk honest budget, and show you recent work in a similar bracket. You leave with an indicative price band and a sense of whether we’re a fit. Complimentary.
10 years on cabinetry, finishes, soft-close runners and hinges. We visit at 6 months and 12 months as standard. If anything needs attention in year nine, we answer the phone. Mattresses and free-standing third-party items are covered by their own manufacturer warranties; we keep your paperwork on file.
Both are sprayed in our dust-free booth; the difference is the paint system, the prep and the finish. Hand-painted uses lime-based or eggshell paints applied in multiple thinned coats, with a hand-laid final pass, softer, more textured, ages beautifully. Sprayed uses a 2-pack lacquer applied to gloss-grade or matt finish, flatter, harder-wearing, more contemporary. We recommend hand-painted for Shaker and in-frame schemes, lacquered for handleless and modern.
