Journal article: Who Takes Responsibility When Project Complications Arise?

A beautiful interior is more than a design. It is the result of precision, coordination and experience. But what happens when an independent builder, electrician or contractor makes a mistake?

At Posh Design, our commitment extends beyond cabinetry. Led by founder Roozbeh Saedi, we help coordinate the people and technical details involved, ensuring challenges are addressed and the original design remains the priority.

Beyond the design. Successful bespoke interiors depend on careful communication between designers, manufacturers, installers and independent trades.

One Design. Multiple Trades. One Clear Vision.

Many clients appoint their own builders, electricians, plumbers and decorators.

While these professionals operate independently from Posh Design, their work can directly influence the finished interior.

We communicate cabinetry dimensions, electrical positioning, plumbing requirements and installation clearances, helping everyone understand how their work connects with the approved design.

Our objective is simple: fewer complications, greater precision and a beautifully coordinated result.

When Things Go Wrong, Experience Makes the Difference.

Even the most carefully planned projects can encounter unexpected complications.

An incorrectly positioned electrical socket, an uneven wall or a misplaced plumbing connection can affect the installation of bespoke cabinetry.

When issues arise from independently appointed contractors, Roozbeh and the Posh Design team work to identify practical solutions, explain the necessary corrections and assist with coordination wherever possible.

Rather than allowing problems to bring everything to a standstill, we focus on what needs to happen next.

Responsibility for correcting external workmanship remains with the relevant contractor, but that does not prevent us from helping our clients move forward.

Designed to fit. Correct positioning, accurate measurements and carefully coordinated services contribute to a seamless finished installation.

Roozbeh Saedi: Experience Beyond Design.

With over 20 years of experience across interior design, materials, manufacturing and project management, Roozbeh understands how different trades and technical requirements affect the finished result.

His hands-on approach helps bridge the gap between architectural plans, manufacturing requirements and real-world installation.

From reviewing layouts to communicating with independent contractors, his priority is to protect the design vision while helping resolve complications efficiently.

For our clients, this means having experienced guidance throughout the project, not simply a company delivering cabinetry.

The finished vision. Thoughtful planning and coordination help translate detailed designs into beautiful, functional living spaces.

We Don't Just Design the Space. We Understand What Makes It Work.

At Posh Design, we believe outstanding results come from more than exceptional manufacturing.

They require communication, accountability, technical understanding and the determination to overcome challenges.

We take responsibility for our own agreed work while helping clients navigate complications involving other trades wherever reasonably possible.

Because the true measure of a professional company isn't simply how a project begins. It's how carefully the details are managed until the work is complete.
