Edgbaston kitchens the way Posh Design has been making them since the workshop opened: senior designer on every visit, fixed quote before manufacture, cabinetry hand-finished in-house. The studio that draws it is the studio that builds it.
Edgbaston sits ten minutes from our showroom. The Calthorpe Estate and the streets around the reservoir are full of the kind of double-fronted Victorian and Edwardian homes that suit hand-painted cabinetry and considered island layouts.
Build standard is plain: cabinetry hand-finished in-house, stone and worktops by partner specialists, install by our own fit team. The 10-year guarantee covers the kitchen as a whole rather than disclaiming bits of it, and the team that fitted the room is the team that handles aftercare.

Most Edgbaston projects run twelve to sixteen weeks from signed-off design to fitted install. You'll know every date that matters before you sign.

A senior designer at Edgbaston or our Birmingham showroom. 90 minutes. Layout sketch, finishes shortlist, indicative figure.
- 02Weeks 2 to 5
Drawn to the millimetre
Detailed design and material selection. Full CAD, hand-rendered elevations, fixed quote. Nothing manufactured until you sign off.

Built in our workshop
Cabinetry hand-finished in our 6,000 sq ft Birmingham workshop. Stone, glass and worktops cut by partner suppliers we have worked with for years.

Installed and snagged
Our own fit team installs over two to three weeks, runs a snag list with you, then leaves a 10-year guarantee and aftercare guide.

We don't sub-contract install or refer Edgbaston work to a partner studio: the team that draws your kitchen is the team that arrives on install day, and Edgbaston is roughly ten minutes from our Kings Norton showroom. The free design visit is the first step; everything after that runs through one project lead.
We start with a free design visit. A senior designer comes to you in Edgbaston, or you come to our showroom on Pershore Road, whichever suits. Out of that visit you get a measured layout sketch, an indicative figure, and a clear written summary of what a fixed quote would cover. No sales call follow-up.
Our showroom is at our Kings Norton studio on Pershore Road, with full kitchens built out (not just panels) so you can stand inside them. Open Monday to Saturday, no appointment strictly required, though if you call ahead we'll line up the designer best matched to your brief.
Plan on roughly three to four months from the day you sign off the design to the day you cook your first meal in the new kitchen. The studio runs design + manufacture + install on a single timeline so you know every date that matters before you commit. Edgbaston sits within our standard run.
Yes. We project-manage the room end-to-end: stone, splashbacks, lighting, appliances, tiling, plumbing and electrical second-fix. For Edgbaston jobs we usually bring our own electrician and plumber for the kitchen day; if you have a preferred trades package we will work with theirs instead.
