We may use anonymised, aggregate insights from enquiries to improve our services. We will not publish identifying client information or project photography without your consent.

The site provides general information about our services. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide design or installation services. Any commission is governed by your signed quotation and our written terms supplied with it. Those documents take precedence over the content of this site in the event of any inconsistency.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide those links for convenience and have no control over the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party site. Following a link is at your own risk and is subject to the terms of the linked site.

We aim to keep information on the site accurate and up to date, but make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability for any purpose. Photographs, renders and case studies show illustrative examples; the finishes, materials and details on a delivered project will be those specified in your signed quotation.
