We start with a free design visit. A senior designer comes to you in Harborne, or you come to our showroom on Pershore Road, whichever suits. Out of that visit you get a measured layout sketch, an indicative figure, and a clear written summary of what a fixed quote would cover. No sales call follow-up.
Yes. The showroom is in Kings Norton, just off Pershore Road. There are full-scale kitchens on display, a working sample library, and the senior designers are usually on-site. Harborne clients often pop in first to get a sense of the spec, then we book the home visit.
Most projects run twelve to sixteen weeks from signed-off design to fitted install. Detailed design is around four weeks, manufacture six to eight, install two to three. Because Harborne is in easy reach of our workshop, install and snagging visits are simple to coordinate.
Yes. We are a full design-and-build studio. Stone, glass, appliances, lighting and tiling all run through our project team so the on-site programme stays coordinated. Where electrics or plumbing need re-routing we work alongside trusted West Midlands trades who know our spec.
