( 00: The studio )
Two founders, one workshop, and the Pershore Road.
( 01: The founders )
Two people. One signature.
Posh Design has been run by two people from day one. We split the work the way the rooms get built: one in the studio, one on the bench. Neither of us sub-contracts the parts that matter. The drawings, the joinery, the spray, the install. All under one roof, off the Pershore Road.

( Managing Director · Co-founder )
Roozbeh Saedi.
Roozbeh ran leaflets, then a corner shop, then years inside a specialist furniture firm in Dubai. By 2021 he’d seen enough rooms quoted from a brochure to start drawing his own. He’s the one who picks up first. Same number, same answer, every time.

( Production Director · Co-founder )
Amir Azimi.
Amir runs the workshop: cabinets, sprayer, stone, install. Every job leaves the building with his eyes on it, and most with his hands on the door fronts too. If a drawer doesn’t shut in twenty years, he wants the call.
( Why we started )
“The rooms we were fitting deserved better than the brochures they came from. So we built our own.”
( 02: How we’re built )
Built here. Not bought in.
Most bespoke kitchens get sold in a showroom and sub-contracted out by the time the contract dries. Ours don’t. We design, draw, build, finish and fit every commission with the same team, under the same roof. There is no supplier to ring. We are the supplier.

( The high-street pattern )
Sale signed in a showroom. Cabinets ordered from a wholesaler. Worktops sub-contracted to whoever’s free that week. Fitters booked on a day rate. The salesperson who drew your kitchen never meets the joiner who builds it, and neither of them meets the fitter who hangs the doors. By the time it reaches your house, the kitchen has changed hands three times. Then the salesperson moves on, and the warranty becomes an email address.
( The Posh way )
Your designer sits twenty steps from the joiner who cuts your cabinets, who sits twenty steps from the sprayer who finishes them. They share a kettle. The fitter who installs is on our payroll, in our van, and has hung every Posh door since the workshop opened. One signature from first drawing to handover. Eight years from now, when you ring about a new front, the same workshop will still make it. Same finish code. Often the same hands.
( Under one roof )
6,000 sq ft. One payroll.
The full team that touches your kitchen, on the same site, in the same building, on the same payslip. The reason the tolerances read cleanly at handover rather than at the snag list.

( Why it matters )
“We’re not a brand that sells a kitchen and becomes a forwarding address. We’re a workshop. The phone rings here.”
It means we email back the same day. We turn up when we said we would. We tell you the bad news first. And eight, ten, fifteen years from now, when you want a new front for a drawer your kid once climbed into, you ring the same number. The same people answer. The kitchen never really leaves us.

( 04: Visit the workshop )
See the joinery. Then design the room.
We open the workshop to clients twice a week. You watch a kitchen being built, then we sit down and start drawing yours.
