To break down the meaning of what the CNC machine name is, you first must understand its name: CNC stands for - Computer Numerical Control. So by this knowledge, it instead of solely relying on manually cutting and positioning, the machine is digitally programmed information to machine panels with a high level of consistency. Now, when dealing with BESPOKE interiors, that is what truly matters.

Every cabinet, panel and component needs to work as part of a much larger design. Accurate manufacturing helps those individual pieces come together correctly when the project reaches the assembly and installation stages. Not by online purchase to a "trusted" source, it has to be managed and 100% in person through trusting structural appearance in which if there is anyone to take the blame, it is us.
We are not here to pin the blame to anything else, we are here to take full action and accreditation for not just the work but the outcome entirely, something we can be proud of but also know in confidence turned around due to our company strength through CGI to production to fitting.

As of us handling the material from companies such as panelco for example, we not only have to gain familiarity with the boards in which we cut, we know exactly from eye alone what is correct and incorrect. Where as in comparison to companies with only external manufacturing and cutting, they are less likely to comprehend details which could effect a whole project due to not working with the materials in house before assembly, ruining a project and creating bigger complications.
Deeper difference
Based on measurements, we save a lot of time that other companies cant - that being before fitting procedure, we understand what we have at hand and by having our inhouse fitting team, we know what the potential look is going to play out to be before fitting due to this.
