Designing Differently: Making Your Kitchen Stand Out

A truly bespoke kitchen should not begin with choosing a door style or colour. It should begin with one question:

How can we make the most of this particular space? Our Cheshire Project is a perfect example of how thinking differently about layout can completely change the way a kitchen looks, feels and functions.

Every property is different, which means every kitchen presents different opportunities. For the Cheshire Project, rather than following a conventional island-and-dining-table layout, we created a large U-shaped peninsula arrangement with integrated booth seating and dining at its centre.

This allows the kitchen to become much more than somewhere to cook. It creates a central space for preparing food, dining, entertaining and spending time together, while maintaining clear movement around the room. The result is something distinctive without being over-designed.

Due to it's comfortability, we have the Media Feature wall in which within the kitchen, eating can be entertaining for the children or a date night with the partner where luxury can meet with romance in the middle too. Providing sleek dining designs whilst aligning with our cushioned relaxation, this one feeds into both perfectly.
