What to expect within our consultation procedures.

Creating a new interior should feel exciting, not complicated. At Posh Design, we guide you through every stage — from the first conversation and measure-up to design, manufacture, installation and the final reveal. Here’s what you can expect when working with us.

It starts with a simple call. We’ll discuss what you’re looking to create, learn a little about your project and arrange a convenient date to begin the consultation process.

Next, we visit your property to take the measurements we need and understand the space properly. This gives our design team an accurate foundation to work from before moving into your main design consultation.

This is where your ideas begin to take shape. We’ll explore your preferred styles, colours, materials, finishes and practical requirements while guiding you through the possibilities available for your space. Whether you already have a clear vision or need help finding the right direction, we’ll work with you to create something tailored around your home and lifestyle.

Once you’re happy with the direction, the project moves into detailed planning. Your design can be developed through our 3D CGI visualisation, helping you see how the finished space could look before manufacturing begins. Where builders, electricians, flooring specialists, AV teams or other contractors are involved, we can also coordinate the relevant details so the different elements of the project work together. Once the design is approved and the contract and deposit are in place, we can move forward.

Now your design becomes reality. Your bespoke cabinetry is prepared for manufacture, with delivery and installation organised around the agreed project programme. We stay in communication throughout, helping coordinate suitable dates and keeping the project progressing as smoothly as possible.

We’re proud to show the work behind our projects. Where agreed with the client, we may share progress across our social media — giving you the opportunity to follow the transformation from the early stages through to installation and completion. It’s also a way for future clients to see the real work, craftsmanship and progress behind Posh Design.

The project is complete. What started as measurements, ideas and CGI visuals has now become a finished interior designed specifically around you. We’ll capture the completed transformation and, where possible, invite you to share your experience through a testimonial or review.
