( Posh Design, from drawing to fitting )

Your Birmingham interior company.

If you are comparing interior companies in Birmingham, start with the work you want made and the people who will deliver it. Posh Design brings design, workshop manufacture and installation together for kitchens, fitted bedrooms, media walls and bespoke furniture, for both residential and commercial interiors.

( Our capabilities )

Find the right discipline for your brief

Interior design companies can offer very different services. Some focus on decoration and furnishings; others on architecture or construction. Our focus is the design, manufacture and installation of fitted interiors. That makes the details of your brief more useful than a broad label.

Kitchens bring layout, cabinetry and preparation space together. Bedrooms start with how you store, dress and move through the room. Media walls integrate display, equipment and storage. Bespoke furniture resolves spaces and uses that an off-the-shelf piece cannot.

For a commercial brief, explain the daily use first: what staff need to reach, what customers see, how surfaces will be maintained and when fitting can take place. The same design and making capabilities can be directed at a home or business, with the materials and scope agreed for the setting.

Look beyond a single photograph

When choosing an interior company, look for a complete project rather than judging on a hero image alone. The Black Line House in Birmingham connects a kitchen, concealed pantry, media wall and bedroom storage. It is a useful example of our fitted interiors across several rooms, with the original brief and completed photographs collected in one place.

Explore The Black Line House and The Ashwood Shaker Kitchen in Edgbaston to see different design directions. If your commercial brief needs a particular detail, ask us to discuss its construction and suitability rather than assuming a residential example answers every question.

( A client’s experience )

A great experience with Posh Design. I used them recently for my living-room renovation, and previously to design and fit my kitchen. They provide outstanding end-to-end customer service and have genuine enthusiasm for what they do.

See how we work

An interior company with a workshop behind it

A drawing should resolve how a room works as well as how it looks. Our design conversations connect layouts and material choices with the fitted furniture that will be made. Cabinet proportions, storage access, junctions and the way finishes meet are part of the brief, rather than decisions left until fitting day.

Our Birmingham workshop is part of that connection between design and making. Visit the showroom to discuss materials and construction alongside the rooms you have in mind. A finish viewed in person gives you a better starting point than a screen alone.

The team behind your interior

Founder Roozbeh Saedi leads design. Co-founder Mona Toma leads client care, communications and strategy. The studio, workshop and installation stages connect the original brief with the finished fitted interior. Ask us how those stages will work for your commission, who your contact will be and when decisions need to be approved.

Read our story and explore client experiences. Use the first meeting to test whether the team understands your priorities, whether that is an understated home, better storage or a practical commercial space.

A useful first meeting

Bring a short brief, room photographs, approximate dimensions and your priorities. We will discuss the spaces involved, the look you want, your budget and the installation context. If you already have an architect, interior designer or builder, bring their drawings and explain which decisions have been made.

Ask what the quotation includes, where materials can be seen, how drawings are approved and how changes are handled. Agree who is responsible for site preparation and specialist work. Clear answers make it easier to compare interior companies on the same scope and decide whether the working relationship suits you.

Our guide to interior designers, joiners and interior companies explains the different responsibilities. For a room transformation already in view, see our interior renovation service in Birmingham.
